Windrush Surgery is deeply committed to educating and mentoring the next generation of doctors. As an approved training practice for GP speciality trainees and Foundation Year 2 doctors, we take this responsibility seriously. Additionally, we host 4th-year Oxford University medical students for their placements.

We firmly believe that providing opportunities for our junior doctors to interact with and observe patients is crucial for their professional development, allowing them to acquire the necessary training and expertise.
