This is a scheme, available in parts of Oxfordshire, which offers patients access to health advice and treatment from their local pharmacy. The scheme means you may not need to wait for an appointment to see your doctor. Instead you can choose to go to a pharmacy for advice and treatment.

Pharmacists are experts in medicines, can offer advice on minor ailments/illnesses and advise whether you need to see a doctor.
